How to order

Online

You can purchase items directly from our fully secure online shop by credit or debit card anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week. An automatic email confirmation will immediately be sent to you to let you know that we have received your order. This will include an invoice. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will inform you what the timescale is likely to be.

Your details are stored on our secure database in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. All payments process through Sage Pay are also kept secure at all times and comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

You can phone us on: 020 8309 7744 Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo and UK Maestro.

Fax

Orders can be faxed to us on 020 8309 5177 giving all the required information and method of payment. Please also give us a contact telephone number so that any enquiries regarding your order can be dealt with immediately. For your convenience, we are happy to fax you a reply.

Please make cheques etc. payable to Climair UK Ltd. Your order will be despatched as soon as your cheque has cleared through the normal banking procedure (approximately 4-5 working days).
